We regularly conduct supplier workshops using the metaplan method with the strategic suppliers designated in the supplier pyramid. This method allows us to jointly achieve our common objectives.

The supplier workshops usually last one day and end with a plan for further measures which includes dates and responsibilities for carrying out the measures as well as a person at the supplier’s company as well as at Trox who is responsible for the measures.

We have had good experiences in the past with these workshops. They shall remain a part of our total supplier strategy.
