Since 1 January 2011, TROX has been a member of the German Association of AHU Manufacturers (Raumlufttechnische Geräte Herstellerverband e.V.). "With this membership, we emphasise that we are obliged to meet the objectives of the association, namely the "fulfilment of the highest quality standards" and "our devices economical handling of energy," Lutz Reuter, Managing Director of TROX, says.

As previously announced in the past year, TROX will produce central plant air handling units itself for the first time this year and thus offer the entire spectrum of a comfort air conditioning system from a single source. TROX thus transforms from a component manufacturer to a system supplier. For the first time, an AHU unit will be presented on the TROX booth B51 in Hall 11.0 at the ISH exhibition in Frankfurt am Main in March 2011.

Specifically for the production of these devices, TROX will expand its factory in Anholt by a production area of 15,000 m². The foundation stone for the expansion was laid on 8 December 2010.
