TROX Austria was selected as this year's winner in the competition "Austrian Leading Companies" in the category "Golden Mid-Size Enterprises".

The competition is held every year by the PWC accountancy firm, the Austrian Wirtschaftsblatt and the association for the protection of creditors. The development of sales, profit and equity capital over the past three years are some of the factors that come into play in the assessment. In the past few years, TROX Austria has shown continuous growth and between 2005 and 2007 sales increased by 16.9 percent to 27.1 million euros.

The Chairman of the Board of Management, Lutz Reuter, is optimistic about the future of the company. In spite of the financial crisis and threatening recession, he expects growth to continue in the coming years.

Based in Vienna, TROX Austria is responsible for sales in Austria and in the central- and eastern European countries. It has branches in Poland, the CzechRepublic, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. The Skylink at ViennaAirport is one of the most well-known projects in which TROX Austria is participating.
