Change in Board of Management at TROX

Dr. Helmut Franzen, Chairman of the Board of Management at TROX GmbH, left the company on 6 July 2009 to take over new responsibilities outside the TROX GROUP.

With immediate effect Mr. Lutz Reuter, currently Managing Director of TROX Deutschland GmbH has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of TROX GmbH.

Mr. Lutz Reuter is responsible for Sales/International Business Development/Product Management/Research & Development/Corporate Marketing/Building and Construction as well as Group Auditing.
