At the end of a very successful business year 2007 for TROX, Heinz Trox took another important decision for his company in December. He has paved the way for a group of managerial employees at TROX GmbH to take a share in the company by means of a rights offering. “This is another step towards securing the future of the company,” said Heinz Trox about this measure. “Direct investment by management staff in the company is not just another motivation incentive. It underlines the responsibility for sustained company success and opens up additional perspectives for each individual. Furthermore, this programme means that important members of the management will be bound to the company for the long term.”
